Oral Argument Calendared in Nichols v. Brown – California Open Carry Appeal

Oral argument has been calendared in my appeal for February 15, 2018, at 9:00 AM.  
It will take place at the Richard H. Chambers US Court of Appeals courthouse in Pasadena, California.

That day will mark 6 years, 2 months and 16 days since my lawsuit was filed in the district court.  
It will also mark 3 years, 8 months and 19 days since my notice of appeal was filed.

Mine is a clean case.  Even the Attorney General’s Office conceded that I have standing and conceded that
my legal arguments are not defective, and did so in writing in a letter to the court.
